Register your interest in a DevOps Simulation workshop

When: Wednesday 1st January 2020, 9:00am

- 5:00pm

Please ignore the date given above! Please register your interest below in attending a DevOps Simulation workshop and a session date and location will be confirmed in due course.

IndigoBlue runs DevOps Simulation workshops in partnership with G2G3 as a means of providing clients with experiential learning that creates breakthrough understanding around the positive impact of DevOps. We find that it helps reduce cultural and political barriers around organisational change.

Focused on culture, people and processes, the course simulates the way work flows through an organisation. In three rounds of planning, delivery and review, you go on the journey of the first year of a DevOps transformation. You and your colleagues will feel a visceral sense of the impact of the decisions you are making as the transformation progresses.

The course is suited to all levels in an organisation and all business functions. Indeed, that’s key to the course’s success; silos are broken down through empathy. Each person is given a role different from their day job, so business people might be in dev roles, dev people in ops roles, and so on. You gain a vivid understanding of the challenges faced in other teams and what they require in order to deliver value for the organisation.

As well as experiential learnings, you will also take away practical next steps for your DevOps transformation, tailored to the specific needs of your organisation.

You can read here a blog on one of our previous DevOps Simulation workshops.
