- 7:00pm

When: Tuesday 24 April 2018, 4pm–6pm, followed by networking drinks

Where: LABS High Holborn, 136 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6PX

At this exclusive event, IndigoBlue's Head of DevOps Practice, John Wright, and Lead DevOps Consultant, Brett Delle Grazie, will offer practical advice on how to succeed with DevOps.

We’re keen that the event meets your specific needs depending on where you are in your DevOps journey, so after a short presentation, you can select one of two discussion groups to join:

> How to get started on your DevOps journey

Practical advice on the steps your development and service management teams need to take to start establishing a DevOps culture, including tools, processes and team behaviours. As well as general advice relevant to all, we will cover how to get started with DevOps when you’re contending with legacy systems.

> How to solve the biggest DevOps challenges

If you’ve been running a DevOps approach for some time, there is a range of common challenges you will have encountered. We will go over these challenges with you, explain their underlying causes and describe how we’ve supported our clients in solving them – challenges including:

  • Culture change
  • Getting buy-in from senior management
  • Building trust in your teams
  • Tooling
  • Dealing with legacy systems

The discussion session will round off by 6pm, after which we hope you can join us for networking drinks.
