BCS Fresh Voices returns in February with a line-up of three speakers including IndigoBlue's lead DevOps consultant, Brett Delle Grazie, recently shortlisted in the category of 'DevOps Leader of the Year' in the DevOps Excellence Awards 2018 for his work at the MOJ.

Each speaker will give a presentation for about 20-25 mins followed by Q&A and feedback.

Brett will be speaking on the topic of 'DevOps: Effecting Cultural Change in an Organisation', covering the following areas:

  • How adopting DevOps principles and processes can effect cultural change between DevOps and Operations in an organisation
  • Whether those principles and processes can be used in other parts of an organisation and what that means for the future of DevOps
