Agile in all we do

True to our ethos, we take an Agile approach to all of our work. Driven by your organisational objectives, our interventions deliver value early and throughout, enhancing your speed, productivity and control. At the same time, we strengthen your organisational capability so that you achieve self-sufficiency often significantly earlier than initially anticipated.

WHAT WE DO

How we are different

We know that digital solutions and IT systems are not adjuncts to your organisation – they are essential to its success. Uniquely, that’s why we not only enable Agile to operate effectively in delivery, we also analyse your digital and IT operations in their wider organisational context. Working at both execution and portfolio level, we create end-to-end delivery effectiveness and a truly responsive IT capability.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Transforming Lives, Impacting Communities

Mastek is actively involved in initiatives that benefit our local community. We do this by aligning with charities and community activities that match our ideals.

Our monthly sweepstakes and raffles support local charities - From estimating the weight of a yummy cake or M&M’s in large jars, to guessing the winning nation in the FIFA World Cup raffle, we have a ball, all for a good cause.

Employees take part in a salary sacrifice scheme to support NGOs on initiatives such as farmers affected by severe draught and other noble causes.

Our people regularly volunteer at local supermarkets on behalf of FareShare and Readifood - encouraging shoppers to donate food to support low income families in the vicinity.

Making use of our enterprise application technology expertise, we enable NGOs to advance their charitable initiatives – whether it is developing data repositories and BI tools or creating student attendance systems.

We support the Samaritan’s Purse, Operation Christmas Child to brighten up the lives of disadvantaged kids from around the world during the festive season.
