At IndigoBlue we believe that technology can provide a massive advantage to any organisation; reducing administration overhead, offering new revenue opportunities, and providing new and better ways of engaging with customers and stakeholders. However, we also believe that technology should not be an end in itself. We ensure that technology investments are fully justified by business goals, and that change has full buy-in throughout the organisation.
We also believe that all organisations can benefit from Agile, but there is no single Agile approach that is applicable to all organisations. We therefore help organisations to improve their project management processes within the constraints of the prevailing context.Finally, we believe we should remain accountable. The success of an IT strategy is not in its creation; it is in the actions that follow. We have designed our services to be cost effective such that we can:

IndigoBlue has a long held view that incremental delivery, and the supporting incremental strategy, is core to the success of Agile management. This tenet is the basis for our governance framework and our approach to managing Agile at scale. Last week I was presented with an illustration of this in the shape of one of our customers that has recently piloted the use of Agile in their office in the States.
