User experience of agile project: I have never known a project to develop at such a rate."

Enabling Business Change

  • Agile is the future for development and management projects
  • Agile is adaptable and robust in all situations
  • Agile minimises your risk

We believe that all organisations can benefit from Agile, but there is no single Agile approach that is applicable to all organisations. We therefore help organisations to improve their project management processes within the constraints of the prevailing context.

We do not impose a process upon them. We advocate the underlying principles of Scrum and XP, but extend these with experience from other Agile processes and Lean.

Rob Smithbgr_quotTestimonial.pngWe formed IndigoBlue with the belief that Agile presents a unique opportunity to organisations. We wanted to help others realise the same success we had achieved by creating environments capable of successfully delivering business change through the implementation of robust, high-quality systems."

Realising the Value from Agile

IndigoBlue has a long held view that incremental delivery, and the supporting incremental strategy, is core to the success of Agile management. This tenet is the basis for our governance framework and our approach to managing Agile at scale.  Last week I was presented with an illustration of this in the shape of one of our customers that has recently piloted the use of Agile in their office in the States.
