- The Guardian's online content platform implementation programme. IndigoBlue led a programme mangement office directing a team of 100.
- The landmark pilot project for the Home Office and Metropolitan Police. Led by IndigoBlue's John Wright, the project had originally been estimated to cost several million pounds and take a number of years to deliver, however by focusing on the highest priority requirements and using incremental delivery a system was delivered and used in live operation within three months for less than £100,000. Shortlisted for Best Use of Agile in the Public Sector at the Agile Awards 2011.
- Agile transition programme for Specsavers. Agile processes were successfully rolled out and the transition programme completed 3 months ahead of schedule.
