Its Autumn: Stopping Post-Its falling like leaves

12 OCT 2011 | Posted in tips | Author Stan Wade

We use Post-it notes all the time in our workshops. We also spend a significant amount of time picking them up off the floor as they drop from the whiteboard.

Here is a simple but effective tip! You can reduce the autumn leaf drop of Post-its by simply detaching them from the pad more effectively.

If you hold the post-it at the bottom and peel it upwards pulling the post it over the top of the pad, the adhesive strip gets curled. When attached to the white board only a portion of the adhesive is in effect and it drops off seconds later. Not good!

The trick is to hold the Post-it on the side and peel it from left to right. The adhesive strip suffers no curling and attaches to the whiteboard for more than 3 seconds. Joy!

The Importance of Business Agility

Today's highly competitive and rapidly changing markets that see the rise and fall of the likes of Nokia and MySpace places business imperatives on companies. In particular, companies need to be innovative, introducing new products, updating others to react to changes in the market (or predicting or even creating these market changes).
