Joint founder in July 2002. Formerly Vice President of Engineering for Sila Technology Limited (a Reuters' company) and Project Delivery Director for Synamic Limited. Rob has over 20 years experience in IT and continues to provide strategic management consultancy to IndigoBlue customers.

Jason has over 20 years IT experience working with major corporations including GlaxoSmithKline, British American Tobacco and United Utilities. Prior to joining IndigoBlue in 2003, his most recent role was as the manager of Logica's pharmaceutical practice, leading sales campaigns into major pharmaceutical organisations.

Dave PickeringDave Pickering, Chairman

Dave has extensive business consulting and IT leadership experience. He co-founded and was formerly Chief Executive of Charteris plc, which became one of the top 35 business and IT consultancies in the UK, through acquisitions and IPO.

In his earlier career Dave led Logica’s manufacturing and energy and utilities practices and grew Logica’s overseas presence, notably in Australia and the US.
