IndigoBlue's Managing Director Rob Smith presented a keynote session at MemberWise's conference in October.
Based on current and recent work across the membership sector, Rob provided an insight into how organisations should be using the web to increase membership value, reduce costs and utimiately to increase membership.
Rob identified the key digital trends that are most important to membership organisations. He then drew out how these trends, together with the organisation's business strategy, inputs into the digital strategy to provide a roadmap for the organisation's approach to the web and social media.
