IndigoBlue’s Agile Capability Development Approach defines the business context and strategic plan for Agile adoption. This is followed by a full implementation programme using IndigoBlue’s Agile FOUNDATION CAPABILITIES and ADAPT and CONTROL governance framework.
This may be preceded by an Agile Quick Start in which a pilot project is used to assess rapidly, clients’ readiness for Agile adoption.
In addition, IndigoBlue offers the Agile Reference Projects approach, which involves the rigorous application by IndigoBlue of our Agile FOUNDATION CAPABILITIES in clients’ benchmark projects. Also making extensive use of ADAPT and CONTROL governance framework, this approach enables direct business benefit from the reference projects whilst determining the wider potential and constraints for incremental change.
