MailCongratulations to the YHA, which has recently been recently been awarded a WebAward by the Web Marketing Association. The implementation of the site is the final piece of a significant business change programme aimed at providing better service to customers.
The technology strategy that underpinned the programme was designed by IndigoBlue, which in addition to the website, included improved data assimilation for management reporting, a new CRM system for managing customers and members, and integration with external sales channels (e.g. Laterooms.com). We're delighted to see the strategy come to fruition.

Having jointly formed IndigoBlue with James Yoxall in 2002 I've been an advocate of incremental change for many years. When I'm not extolling the virtues of Agile, I like to spend weekends away in my campervan and my weekdays debating football.

I recently had a debate with Simon Annicchiarico of Appius regarding the meaning of the W in MoSCoW, and whilst it had its origins in my petty pedantry, there was an important issue to be considered.
