Key recommendations included the implementation of a new content-driven web platform and a systems architecture for delivery of self-service administration to members.

The recommendations have been accepted by the CIOB’s Board of Trustees and IndigoBlue has now been engaged to provide consultancy to support and oversee the implementation.

Charities, societies, associations and other third-sector organisations have the opportunity to provide new ways to encourage participation and engage with volunteers, members and other stakeholders and to allow interaction.
