Typically an organisation's IT capability will grow organically, with staff either joining or transitioning into IT-based roles to meet immediate demands. IndigoBlue's IT capability audit is designed to critically review specific aspects of IT capability (or indeed the overall provision) against the business needs to ensure it is fit-for-purpose.
