We believe that all organisations can benefit from Agile, but there is no single Agile approach that is applicable to all organisations. We therefore help organisations to improve their project management processes within the constraints of the prevailing context. We do not impose a process upon them.

We advocate the underlying principles of Scrum and XP, but extend these with experience from other Agile processes and Lean.
