Successfully employed on some of the largest Agile projects in the world.
There are a number of off-the-shelf Agile development methodologies now available. All share a common incremental approach but differ in key aspects and coverage: some have a clear development focus; others focus on the management of emergent requirements, planning and customer relationships. We believe there is no single approach that provides a suitable amalgam of process and techniques required to maximise the potential of Agile and provide management and control for enterprise wide projects.
ADAPT has been developed to address this issue. It is a configurable Agile process model that covers every aspect of project management: from the wider change programme down to the day-to-day development disciplines. Building on many years of experience across a wide range of programmes, ADAPT incorporates best practice from both Agile and traditional project management.
The ADAPT framework has been successfully employed in a number of organisations, from large pan-European banks to smaller UK-based internet retailers. The flexibility of ADAPT makes it applicable regardless of organisation size, technology type or existing methodologies and processes in use. Furthermore, it can be used to enhance your existing processes and in conjunction with traditional methodologies, such as PRINCE2 or RUP.
