IndigoBlue was formed in 2002 to support organisations in the successful introduction of Agile project management processes. We guide organisations through the first steps of Agile adoption but recognise that it is relatively easy to deliver success on small discrete projects. We specialise in the wider organisational impact of process change, and in the management of large scale Agile projects. Aligning business and IT to deliver success.
All our consultants are graduates with a minimum of 10 years experience, and all have held senior IT positions in either programme or IT divisional management.
